My Dad is NOT Crazy — This Cartoon Did Exist

Okay, so a long time ago (in cave man days maybe), my Dad watched this crazy cartoon. Thing is, no one else his age has any memory of such a cartoon. Well, this clip proves he did not dream the whole thing.

As we say in the South, “Lord have mercy.” As soon as the clip started to play the lyrics came rushing in from the attic of my mind to my frontal lobe and I sang along. Very creepy.
I remember watching this cartoon with your dad but don’t recall why. We were obviously hurting for some decent television programming. Now, if you can dig up some Kikaida (Power Rangers predecessor) then you’re good.

probably shown on the daily “checkers & pogo show” in Hawaii. I can still see their outfits. the program was a boom to us moms getting supper.
